Identities

Create a new Identity

Under Development, Identities click on the + button on the right top corner.

Select the type of identity you wish to create and provide the desired values. Click on Create Identity. Voila! Your identity is created.

Link Bots to an Identity

Open the desired Identity to which you wish to link Bots. You can edit the properties if you have the proper role and privileges. Under Bots, you have the option to edit or add Bots to that particular Identity.

Note: Creation of an identity can be done by end users as well as Developers. But linking bot to an Identity can be performed only by a Developer.
